    Thanks all. Yes the previous owner did install an electric fuel pump. Car ran fine when we 1st got it then this problem just started.

    I can read UU-2 on the top but the paint has everything else covered. Gas pours out as if the float is stuck or bad or the needle seat is bad or blocked by debris.

    Thanks all. We just want to make it right. Most parts are nickel but the bumpers are chromed. The 26 roadster we have is all nickel.

    Dave, yes I did thank you! People do the craziest things when it comes to the electrical systems. Just fix it right.

    This has me so baffled. where would I hook the left side wires to? As I said the previous owner has the left hooked to a toggle switch.

    This doesn’t make sense to me. The left switch has no terminal the center has 2 and the right only 1. They previous owner has the left hooked to a toggle switch.
