I just received the followig mesaage fro a person named Henry Criddle, who is apparently not a PAS member. The problem is that the photo that was attached is NOT a photo of his car, but rather a copy of the photo of MY Series 33 which is posted on the EMPORIUM in a For Sale ad.

    “Hi,

“Here ,I attached the picture of my 1923 Series 33 Pierce. I`m breaking the complete car for parts , because of my surgery that is coming up soon . I want you to send me the list of parts that you need , along with your exact delivery address to know , how close you are to me .

    “God Bless.”

There have been at least two of our members that have gotten responses to wanted ads from this guy.  He has scammer written all over him. The name he is using is Henry Criddle.

I had the same name contact me offering to sell 1930 model parts, then sent a picture I recognized as being for sale recently and wanting my exact address.    Looked like scammer to me.     I did not respond further.
