After warming it up with 5w10 motor oil I shut it down . Then drained the oil. Took the pan off to see what kind of goodies was there. Not bad after it sat apart for 30 years or so . A little sludgey right on the pan but I’ve seen a lot worse. The screen oil pick up had sum old paper gasket pieces and a petrified moth still intact. What a complicated pan hinged door to keep oil from all going to the back when going up hills. Any way just made it harder to cleen expshley when your  presher washing outside and it’s 7 degrees. Today gonna get it all buttoned up.
