    Rare plate topper, only a Pierce owner would recognize this one. Bragg-Kliesrath power brakes were used on 1927 and 1928 Pierce-Arrows, then on our last ones. 1936-38.  Although rare does not mean valuable, if I have to buy a 27 or 28 Pierce to put it on this could be expensive!
