The estate of deceased member Steve Roake offers his 1925 Series 80 4-p Sport Touring with the following information: “1 of 2 right-hand drive made that year for the Australian market. Upgraded high speed rear end gears, some original paint and leather upholstery, rare disc wheels. Cylinder head work done in 1999. Extensive receipts since purchase. Period California license plates. I forgot an important piece of information, the price: “Asking $33,000”

Steve had that car up at the Redmond, OR meet a few years ago where it seemed to handle the tours well. Other than my Series 33, it’s the only disk wheel Pierce of that era that I’ve ever seen. Seems like a fair price for a nice car.
