High altitude and UU2 jetting

Still sorting out my new to me 1931 Model 42 and am having an issue with the engine stumbling at high RPM’s in all gears. Idles fine and at low RPM runs great, but when I go to higher RPM’s especially under a load (climbing) I get a pronounced stumble. I am at 5000 ft elevation (car came from Ohio) and am thinking I may be too rich, causing the problem. Am I thinking right, how can I find new jets for the UU2 carb?
